Meditation/Mindfulness and Natural Therapies. 

  • Meditation5-15 minutes meditation first thing in the morning can make a huge difference to your day and your quality of life. Gratitude meditation can be done anywhere any time by picturing people and things you are grateful for while continuing to affirm thank you in your mind.
  • Grounding – Extensive research has been done to confirm the benefits of grounding to reduce inflammation and lift one’s spirits. 
  • Tapping or EFT – is an amazing and easy therapy.
  • Sound healing – extensive research has been done to prove the benefits of sound healing.
